Overview

This extremely light azimutal mount makes every trip a pleasure. The Mini Az GT can be connected to any camera tripod (3/8 "). The scope should be mounted on the left side of the head. It is also compatible with the SkyWatcher SynScan handcontroller. Because of the easy handling and the light weight, it is an ideal travelmount. The built-in SNAP socket also allows to control a DSLR (for short exposures).

equatorial mode:

customer request made Skywatcher to issue a new firmware, for use of the MiniAZgt in equatorial mode.
Together with a polar wedge it is now apt for astrophotography, bear in mind its light construction and initial visual use conception.
